Script description
LaMetric's Weather app for AWTRIX NG: four pages, each with LaMetric's icon and its value.
- The sky (sunny, night, partly cloudy, cloudy, fog, rain, snow, thunder) and the temperature
- A thermometer with the day's low, then the high
- A drop with the humidity
- A windsock with the wind speed, then where it comes from (N, NE, E …)
The weather comes from Open-Meteo, with no key or account. Set your latitude and longitude in the settings (Berlin until then). The icons come with the script, nothing to install. On a TC002 the values are twice the size where they fit; on a TC001 the small font. Temperatures follow the clock's °C/°F setting. Weather more than three hours old is left out of the rotation.
Settings: location, seconds per page, wind in km/h, m/s, mph or kn, how often to update, the clock's rain and snow overlay, and quiet hours that leave it out of the rotation.
On a TC001 it takes about 21 KB of the 96 KB the scripts share: beside a large script such as Netatmo there may not be room.
