Script description
A window onto your weather. Instead of an icon and a number, the clock paints a landscape under the sky outside: the sun and the moon where they really stand, the moon in its real phase, dawn, blue hour and stars on clear nights. Clouds drift with the wind, rain and snow fall as hard as they do outside, fog swallows the far hills and storms flash across the scene.
Pick one of twelve landscapes, or let it shuffle:
| Old town, skyline | windows and street lamps come on at dusk, cars drive with their lights on |
| Country, garden | the wind turbine turns with the real wind, the chimney smokes when it is cold, the tree follows the seasons, a snowman in winter |
| Forest, river, mountains | swaying firs, a train over the stone bridge, alpenglow on the peaks and a lake that mirrors them |
| Coast, harbor, palm beach | waves and sun glitter, a lighthouse sweeping the night, a freighter at the quay |
| Desert, Arctic | heat shimmer and sandstorms, icebergs and the northern lights |
Turn the knob to look up to 24 hours ahead; the scene shows the weather and light of that hour. Press it, or wait ten seconds, to come back to now.
Enter a city or latitude and longitude in the settings. The temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit) and the time (24 or 12 hour) can each be switched on or off. No account, no key, no sound files.
